Geospatial data import pipeline (WFS/CSV to PostgreSQL)

Summary

Technische Hochschule Brandenburg is procuring, as a single fixed-price contract, the development of a geospatial data import pipeline that reads WFS services and CSV files, validates and transforms their data, and imports it into an existing three-table PostgreSQL/PostGIS data model. The work includes automation, Docker integration, import reports, testing, documentation and handover; the solution and all project-developed code must use open-source licensing.
