Central emergency department refurbishment: central desk and flooring works

Summary

Universitätsklinikum Halle (Saale) is procuring flooring works for the second construction phase of the central emergency department refurbishment. The single-lot works include removing approximately 270 m² of existing tiles and linoleum, installing approximately 270 m² of PVC flooring with coved skirting, screed repairs, joints and thresholds, and initial cleaning with documentation of installed materials and substrates. Work will be phased while the emergency department remains operational, with performance scheduled from 7 January to 30 July 2027.
