Conversion of the railway station into a cultural venue – Lot 318: Tiling works

Summary

Stadtverwaltung Neusalza-Spremberg is procuring tiling works for the conversion of the railway station and construction of an ancillary building in Neusalza-Spremberg. The scope includes approximately 361 m² of wall tiles, 14 crystal mirrors, porcelain stoneware flooring in several areas (approximately 49 m² of R11 and 241 m² of R10 flooring), and approximately 63 m² of R10 stair covering. The works are scheduled from 1 March to 30 April 2027; installation plans for four half-turn stair flights are due by 1 March 2027.
