Development and institutionalization of a dual-training curriculum developer qualification system for dual TVET in Mongolia

Summary

GIZ is procuring advisory and capacity-building services to establish a sustainable system in Mongolia for developing and updating dual technical and vocational education and training curricula. The work includes preparing a national methodology and manual, training 20 Mongolian curriculum-development multipliers who will then train and qualify at least 60 local developers, co-developing pilot curricula in agriculture and energy, and supporting their approval and integration into the Moodle learning platform. The methodology will coordinate school-based learning (30%) with practical company-based training (70%); the assignment runs from 1 December 2026 to 31 May 2028.
