Procurement of the Searchserver search system

Summary

The State of Brandenburg, through the Brandenburg IT Service Provider, is procuring a search system that can be operated in its data centre, together with the necessary usage rights, maintenance, support and updates. The system will support website and document crawling and search, as well as integration with Liferay DXP 2026.Q1 LTS; implementation support covers one test environment and two production environments. Initial integration support is estimated at 14 person-days, with optional advisory and support services estimated at five person-days per year. The software and service contracts are planned for four years, and the contract is not divided into lots.
