Framework agreement for sports ground maintenance

Summary

The City of Papenburg is procuring a framework agreement for maintaining three sports facilities: the school sports ground on Kleiststraße, Waldstadion and Otto-Dölle-Stadion. The work includes collecting and disposing of litter, removing weeds and maintaining cinder surfaces, cleaning paved areas and long-jump pits, and mowing grass; minor maintenance may also be ordered on an hourly basis. The contract runs from 1 March to 31 December 2027, with two possible one-year extensions and a latest end date of 31 December 2029. Up to five maintenance visits per site may be required each year, depending on need.
