The contract covers construction of a new artificial-turf sports field, including earthworks, drainage, the playing surface and paths, fencing, barriers, and a prefabricated garage for technical equipment and storage. The main pitch will measure 68 × 105 m net (7,140 m²) and 72 × 109 m gross (7,848 m²); the works also include youth-pitch markings, football goals, boundary posts, and player shelters.
