Paved-area and green-space maintenance at the East Side Gallery 2027

Summary

Stiftung Berliner Mauer is procuring maintenance and cleaning of the paved areas and green spaces at the East Side Gallery for 1 January–31 December 2027. The site covers approximately 1.4 km; the work includes seasonal cleaning of paths, lawns and woody areas, emptying and cleaning bins, weekly cleaning of sand areas and bench surfaces, tree and shrub care, nine lawn-mowing visits per season in two park areas, and other scheduled grounds-maintenance tasks. Some additional work, such as graffiti removal and bulky-waste disposal, is ordered separately; the contract is not divided into lots.
