Maintenance of precision air-conditioning systems in the server room

Summary

Forschungsverbund Berlin e. V. is procuring maintenance and inspection of two precision air-conditioning units, CR1 and CR2, including their condensers, in the server room of the Leibniz Research Institute for Molecular Pharmacology in Berlin. The scope includes two maintenance visits per 12-month period, statutory refrigerant leak tests, fault identification and qualified initial measures; repairs and replacement parts are ordered separately, with a total call-off limit of EUR 15,000 net. The contract starts no earlier than 1 January 2027, runs for one year initially with annual extensions, and ends no later than 31 December 2030.
