Maintenance of refrigeration systems at GIZ’s Eschborn site (Buildings 1, 2, 4 and 5)

Summary

GIZ is procuring maintenance of the refrigeration and cooling systems in Buildings 1, 2, 4 and 5 at its Eschborn site for 2026/27. The work includes maintenance, inspections, repairs and fault response, as well as system support, correction of faults in the existing system and preparation of a condition report. The systems include compressor-based cooling and heating equipment and well-water cooling, including server cooling.
