Participant management for GMF 2027

Summary

Deutsche Welle is procuring an eight-month framework agreement, from 4 January to 31 August 2027, for a digital conference platform and participant management services for the Global Media Forum 2027. The conference will take place at the World Conference Center Bonn on 22–23 June 2027 and is planned for up to 1,400 in-person participants. The scope includes the platform and ticketing, registration and attendee support, travel and hotel arrangements, on-site check-in, equipment and event staff, networking and a media library. The estimated contract volume is €132,000 including VAT, with an optional maximum of €140,000; no separate lots are identified.
