Groptitz landfill – independent third-party inspection

Summary

The Zweckverband Abfallwirtschaft Oberes Elbtal is procuring independent third-party inspection services for the final surface sealing of the Groptitz landfill. The work covers geotechnical/mineral and plastics engineering, including construction-stage quality monitoring, laboratory and field testing, and technical reporting for the sealing layers, drainage system, gas pipes and two-layer recultivation cover. The contract is scheduled to run from 1 April 2027 to 31 August 2028; it is not divided into lots.
