Project management services for the Grugaturm

Summary

The City of Essen is procuring project management services for the renovation of the Grugaturm in Grugapark. The initial commission covers project preparation and planning (project stages 1 and 2); stages 3–5, covering preparation for construction, execution and project completion, are optional. The scope includes coordination of quality, cost, schedule, organisation and documentation, as well as support with procurement procedures, funding applications and committee presentations.
