Rental or leasing of multifunction colour printers with full-service operation

Summary

The Municipality of Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf is procuring managed print services under two lots. Lot 1 covers rental or leasing, rollout and full-service operation of 31 multifunction colour printers at municipal locations, with up to four additional devices available during the contract; it also includes central print and scan management. Lot 2 covers one production document scanner for the mailroom, including OCR and scanner software, setup for delivery to a central scan inbox, and full-service support. Each lot has a 60-month base term and is awarded separately.
