Cleaning services at the 153rd Primary School

Summary

The City of Dresden is seeking maintenance, deep and window cleaning services at the 153rd Primary School, Fröbelstrasse 1, Dresden. The scope comprises 3,508.50 m² of maintenance cleaning, 974.41 m² of window cleaning and 327.40 m² of deep cleaning once a year; the services are not divided into lots. The contract is scheduled to run from 1 August 2027 to 31 July 2028, with an automatic 12-month extension unless terminated in writing six months before expiry, and ends no later than 31 July 2029.
