Design of an extension to the Beiersdorf sports and community centre

Summary

The Municipality of Beiersdorf-Freudenberg is procuring design services for an extension to the Beiersdorf sports and community centre and partial alterations to the existing building. The services cover building design and structural design for HOAI service phases 1–4, preparation of an official site plan and a geotechnical investigation. The approximately 155 m² extension is planned to include changing rooms, a multipurpose room and storage; the existing building is to receive an accessible toilet and a referees’ changing room with a shower.
