Building design to address space shortages and optimise accommodation at Brake Police Station

Summary

Building design services are being procured for Brake Police Station to address a shortage of space and improve accommodation at Schrabberdeich 39 and 43. The work covers planned alterations to the police station and the former cadastral office, including changes to security arrangements, toilets, changing rooms and work areas. Design stage 1 will be commissioned initially, with stages 2–4 optional; the construction budget is capped at EUR 1,690,000 including VAT.
