Employment orientation and access-to-work support for refugee and migrant-background women

Jobcenter Ostalbkreis is procuring an employment orientation and integration service in Aalen, providing 20 participant places for refugee women and women with a migration background. The service includes social and work-related skills development, everyday-life management, German-language instruction, digital skills, labour-market orientation, at least three company visits during each participant’s assignment, work placements and preparation of job applications. Participants who enter employment will receive follow-up support, together with their employers, for three months.
