Preliminary investigation of a suspected contaminated site

Summary

The City of Halle (Saale) is procuring an orienting investigation of a suspected contaminated site associated with the former workshop and shock-absorber washing facility at Merseburger Straße 114 and the adjacent former site at Merseburger Straße 122–124. The work includes at least two core drillings, soil and soil-gas sampling, laboratory analysis for relevant contaminants, a risk assessment and recommendations, with findings presented on a site plan and in two copies of a machine-readable report. The planned performance period is 10 November to 15 December 2026.
