Technical support for high-voltage driver development

Summary

IHP GmbH – Leibniz Institute for Innovative Microelectronics is procuring technical support for developing high-voltage drivers based on LDMOS transistors in IHP’s 130 nm SiGe-BiCMOS process. The work includes preparing design specifications, evaluating design results, supporting test and radiation-test planning for manufactured samples, and analysing test results. Deliverables include a design specification document, reports evaluating design and test results, and contributions to test plans. The work is scheduled from 15 November 2026 to 31 August 2027.
