Building and energy-efficiency upgrade at the LAVES Fisheries Institute in Cuxhaven

Summary

Staatliches Baumanagement Elbe-Weser is seeking building-planning services for the energy and technical renovation of the envelope of the LAVES fisheries institute’s laboratory buildings in Cuxhaven. The work concerns the 1978 older building and the 1990 middle building, with the older building taking priority if necessary; the laboratories will remain in operation during the work. The services cover HOAI phases 2, 3 and 5–8, including coordination with the other project participants.
