Consultancy services to prepare and submit an EU project application

Summary

Technische Universität Berlin is procuring consultancy services to prepare and submit one Horizon Europe project application in the renewable energy field. The work includes developing the project concept and work plan, identifying and coordinating at least 10 suitable international project partners, supporting the drafting and budgeting of the application, and delivering a complete, formally checked, submission-ready application by 15 March 2027. Services are expected to be provided mainly remotely between 2 November 2026 and 15 March 2027.
