B200 Bridge Edge Beam and Surfacing Renewal

Summary

The tender covers repairs to the bridge on the B200 road in Handewitt. The works include renewing the bridge edge beams and railings, asphalt surfacing and waterproofing, as well as concrete and joint repairs, bridge drainage outlets, vehicle restraint systems and a slope staircase. The scope includes approximately 300 m² of asphalt surfacing, 358 m² of waterproofing, 120 m of steel railing and about 18 m of slope staircase. The works are scheduled for completion in June 2027; construction planning and structural calculations are scheduled from December 2026 to early February 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 20 October 2026 at 09:00. Price is the sole award criterion. The procurement is not divided into lots, and multiple main tenders and alternative tenders are not permitted. The bidder must submit the required tender form, completed bill of quantities, suitability self-declaration and, where relevant, information about subcontractors and bidding groups. The required securities are 5% of the contract amount for performance and 3% of the final account amount for defect claims.
