Façade insulation and rendering works for the connecting corridor

Summary

The tender covers the installation of a thermal insulation composite system on the connecting corridor and an existing intermediate building at the Munich Vocational Training Centre in Kirchseeon. The works include approximately 585 m² of mineral-wool façade insulation, 39 m² of XPS plinth insulation, façade and plinth render, joint and junction finishing, and approximately 620–643 m² of silicate-paint coating. The contractor must supply and install a complete approved system whose components all come from one manufacturer; the system must meet the technical specifications and prevent algae growth without biocidal film preservatives. The work must be carried out while the educational facility remains in operation, with access routes and fire-service routes kept clear and site traffic and noise restrictions observed. The bid must include the priced bill of quantities and required declarations, and identify the proposed products. Price is the sole award criterion. The bid submission deadline is 21 October 2026 at 10:30; bids must be in German.
