Directional signs and town signs

Summary

The contract covers the supply of directional signs, town signs and locality information signs, together with the installation of advance direction signs and directional signs on federal, state and district roads within the Stralsund road authority’s area. The work also includes removing existing signs, installing replacements and providing traffic safety arrangements. This is based on the estimated requirement for 2027: actual call-off quantities may differ from the estimated quantities, but supplies and work must be delivered without loss of quality or increases to unit prices. Deliveries are made on call-off to the road maintenance depots within 30 working days; installation must be completed within 40 working days after approval of the shop drawings. Shop drawings, including structural calculations, must be submitted within 10 working days after receipt of complete sketches. On request, the bidder must demonstrate its professional competence, capacity and reliability and provide evidence of compliance with ZTV-SA. Traffic safety must be arranged by a specialist company authorised under MVAS 99, which must be identified in the subcontractor form. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 15 October 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion; variants and multiple main bids are not permitted.
