Supply of electric off-road motorcycles and large enduro motorcycles
Summary
The procurement covers new motorcycles in two categories: electric off-road motorcycles (Hard Enduro) and large enduro motorcycles. They are intended for police training and off-road riding exercises. Bids may cover one or more lots; the technical specifications define the scope of each lot. Used vehicles are not accepted, and wear and spare parts must be generally available without foreseeable supply delays. The electric off-road motorcycles must have an electric drive that can operate without an app, output of 40–60 hp (29–44 kW), a weight of no more than 120 kg, chain drive and an electric starter. They must suit demanding off-road training, with at least 300 mm of front and rear suspension travel, adjustable suspension, disc brakes, a 21-inch front wheel, an 18-inch rear wheel and knobby tyres. Required equipment includes handguards or the ability to fit them, a skid plate, a side stand and a charger usable with 220 V sockets. The large enduro motorcycles must have a combustion engine meeting at least Euro 4, output of 140–150 hp (106–110 kW), displacement of at least 1,300 cm³, a top speed of at least 200 km/h, a fully fuelled weight below 250 kg and a 19–23 litre tank. Required systems are ABS, cornering ABS, traction control, electronic suspension and selectable riding modes. The specification also requires suitability for carrying a passenger, a windscreen, engine underbody protection and engine-area crash bars or crash pads, or the ability to fit them; it also covers brakes, wheels and, if available from the manufacturer, provision for a navigation device. Accessories include handguards, heated grips, side and centre stands, provision for a tank bag and cases, and the ability to use a battery charger. The bid deadline is 22 October 2026 at 12:00. Bids must be submitted electronically, and the lowest-priced bid will be selected. Alternative bids are not permitted.
