The contract covers joinery and interior fit-out work for the extension of Annette-von-Droste-Hülshoff School in Münster. The contractor must make, supply and install fitted and mobile furniture, including cloakroom units and classroom cabinets; wall coverings and acoustic and fire-rated panels; ventilation-unit enclosures; window sills; an electrically operated folding hatch for the canteen serving counter; and furniture around the canteen washbasin. The work also includes site measuring, workshop and installation drawings, material samples, fixings and protective measures, as well as cleaning the work area and properly disposing of waste. Timber must come from demonstrably legal and sustainable forestry; PEFC or FSC certification is accepted, and the manufacturer’s delivery note or invoice must confirm the product’s certification. The bid must include the priced bill of quantities in both PDF and GAEB formats, together with the required declarations.
