Sewer and road construction for the Elwieden residential development

Summary

The contract covers the infrastructure works for the new Elwieden residential area in Werl. The contractor must build the sewer system and an asphalt temporary road, including the necessary plot connections and earthworks. The works also include directing rainwater through swales and watercourses, shaping watercourses and constructing a pedestrian bridge. A conventional stormwater sewer and the installation of electricity, telecommunications, gas or water utility lines are excluded; the relevant utility operators will arrange those works, and their schedules must be coordinated. All works must be completed by 30 September 2027. Bidders must provide at least three qualifying references, each worth at least EUR 850,000, demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 3,000,000 in each of the last three completed financial years, and submit the required insurance and other evidence. The offer must fully comply with every bill-of-quantities requirement. Price is the sole award criterion. The submission deadline is 28 October 2026 at 09:00; alternative offers are not permitted.
