Demolition of a duplex house and outbuildings for the Werre Water Association

Summary

The tender concerns the dismantling and demolition, for the Werre Water Association, of a duplex house, garage, warehouse, garden shed and parts of the outdoor area at Wülfermühle 1–2 in Bad Salzuflen. The work includes clearing the buildings, removing non-mineral materials, demolishing approximately 3,300 m³ of buildings together with their foundations and floor slabs, removing asbestos, mineral-wool insulation and tar-containing materials, and providing documented, compliant waste disposal. The contractor must also provide and later remove a temporary bridge suitable for SLW 60 loads, approximately 20 m long; clear vegetation and paved areas; remove approximately 100 m of pipe; and create a drainage swale to the Werre, approximately 110 m long with a minimum bottom width of 1 m. The planned work period is 1 December 2026 to 1 March 2027. The bid must include two demolition-work references, evidence of business registration or a commercial-register entry, proof of IHK membership, and the required declarations concerning obligations to BG BAU, health insurance funds and the tax office. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and quality for 40%; quality is assessed using the two references. Bids must be submitted electronically in text form by 28 October 2026 at 10:00. Variant bids are not permitted.
