Construction of a sediment treatment facility (2 lots)

Summary

The procurement concerns construction of a sediment treatment and drying facility at the Soers wastewater treatment plant in Aachen and is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers civil engineering and infrastructure works: partial removal of existing concrete structures and paving, earthworks and excavations, installation of electrical cable ducts, construction of foundations and extensions to existing basin walls and floors, reinstatement of paving, lighting-mast foundations, and gate and fencing infrastructure. Lot 2 covers the design, supply and installation of two steel arched-roof structures, including their coverings, central support, lighting, electrical works and lightning protection. Offers may cover one or both lots and must comply with the technical requirements and schedule in the tender documents. Offers must include the required references, proof of insurance and price-calculation form; the completed and legible bill of quantities or works description must be submitted as a PDF file. Price is the sole award criterion. The submission deadline is 29 October 2026 at 10:00. The completion deadlines are 21 October 2027 for Lot 1 and 18 October 2027 for Lot 2.
