Ziegenberge: Restoration of LRT 6510 habitat in the Schmaler Luzin, Zansen and Carwitzer See protected area

Summary

The procurement covers restoration of the protected LRT 6510 habitat in the Ziegenberge area near Conow, including clearance and treatment of two sites. The contractor must remove shrubs and trees from 5 hectares, remove stumps, stack excavated stones at locations agreed with the contracting authority, prune approximately 80–100 trees to a height of 2.5 metres, and place above-ground cuttings and fallen wood in an area designated by the authority. Any underground biomass must be removed and disposed of properly. In addition, vegetation and smaller stumps must be mulched across the full 6.1-hectare work area, and uneven ground resulting from the work must be levelled. Work is scheduled from 9 November 2026 to 31 March 2027, preferably by the end of February. The bidder must describe the equipment it intends to use and submit photographs of the completed work with its invoice. The lowest-priced tender is the sole award criterion. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 30 October 2026. The bidder must provide the required suitability declarations and evidence, including three references for comparable work from the last three years; no minimum turnover threshold is specified.
