Framework agreement for CCTV inspection of road gully drains in Ludwigshafen

Summary

The procurement covers video inspection of road gully drain pipes throughout Ludwigshafen. A framework agreement will be awarded to one contractor. The estimated volume is EUR 300,000 over the contract period, but this estimate is not binding. The contract runs from 2 November 2026 to 1 November 2028 and may be extended in one-year increments, up to a maximum total term of four years. The contract is not divided into lots, and price is the sole award criterion. Offers must be submitted in German electronically by 22 October 2026 at 10:15. Prices must be in euros, exclusive of VAT, and stated to no more than three decimal places. Where applicable, bidders must submit declarations on compliance with collectively agreed pay or minimum-wage requirements; the tender documents state minimum rates of EUR 13.90 per hour from 1 January 2026 and EUR 14.60 per hour from 1 January 2027. The corresponding obligations also apply to subcontractors.
