Repair of steel safety barriers on motorways in the Neumünster area, 2027–2028

Summary

The tender is for a framework agreement to repair steel safety barriers and other vehicle restraint systems damaged in traffic accidents on motorways A7, A210 and A215 in the Neumünster area. The work includes supplying the necessary barrier components, removing damaged parts and installing replacements, securing work zones for traffic, and properly handling removed materials. Work will be called off as needed for individual damage locations; there is no minimum volume or guaranteed minimum order. The framework agreement runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and may be extended twice by 12 months, covering 2029 and 2030. Following a normal call-off, work must begin within three days at the latest. In an emergency, a round-the-clock emergency service must be immediately available and start work no later than 12 hours after the call. The bidder must account for traffic management, materials and waste-handling costs and provide the required personnel and material evidence. Bids must be submitted in German using the contracting authority’s forms. Alternative bids are not permitted.
