Organising accommodation and support for homeless people in Hennigsdorf
Summary
The tender concerns arranging accommodation and support in Hennigsdorf for four homeless people. From 1 March 2027, the contractor must provide fully furnished accommodation and manage room allocation and proper use of the premises. There must be at least 10 m² of living and sleeping space per person, with no more than three people in one room. Families must have at least two rooms or suitable furniture separating sleeping and play areas. The accommodation must be accessible, available at all times, and comply with building, health, fire and accident-safety requirements. It must include essential sleeping, storage, kitchen and cleaning equipment, as well as access to a washing machine and shower. The contractor must also support residents in finding permanent housing, dealing with public authorities, addressing addiction issues, and managing health, hygiene and everyday life. The contract runs for 48 months. Bidders must provide evidence of staff qualifications and experience with accommodating homeless people, and submit annual net and gross prices with a complete price breakdown. The offer must be in German and received by 21 October 2026 at 11:00. Price is identified as an award criterion; the evaluation documents also provide for a 15% bonus for workshops for people with disabilities and preference for such a workshop’s offer in the event of an equal economic result.
