Framework agreement for inspection of portable and fixed electrical equipment

Summary

The procurement covers the inspection of approximately 2,323 portable and fixed electrical items at buildings and sites in the City of Baruth/Mark. The framework agreement runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030; the initial inspections must be carried out from January through the end of June 2027. Inspections at the school should preferably take place during the February and Easter holidays in 2027. Equipment must be inspected on site, including in different rooms and localities. The work includes inspections of portable equipment under DGUV V3 and DIN VDE 0701/0702 and fixed equipment under DIN VDE 0100-200. It includes visual checks and the required electrical measurements, assigning each item an ID label or barcode for future inspections, and providing an electronic inspection record for each item. The current inspection interval is two years, and the contractor must monitor the intervals and coordinate inspection dates with the contracting authority in good time. Failed equipment must be marked and taken out of service immediately, and the result must be communicated to the on-site user by the end of the same day at the latest. Repairs must be agreed and invoiced separately. Offers must be submitted in German electronically in text form by 10:00 on 20 October 2026. The bidder must demonstrate comparable experience and use persons qualified under TRBS for the inspections; further qualification and exclusion requirements are set out below.
