Reconstruction of Martin-Luther and Eichendorff Streets

The procurement covers the full reconstruction of Martin-Luther Street and Eichendorff Street in Quarter 12-3, Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf, divided into two lots, one for each street. The work includes removing existing surfaces; building concrete-paved carriageways, junctions, property driveways and access paths; constructing sub-base and base layers; installing kerbs; and draining rainwater through infiltration swales. Landscaping is also required, including tree felling and replacement planting. The contractor must organise traffic management and maintain access to properties, emergency services and waste collection during construction. The Martin-Luther Street section is approximately 350 m long; the description gives the Eichendorff Street section as approximately 793 m. Price is the sole award criterion.
