Summary

The contract is for technical consultancy services supporting the implementation of infrastructure measures for the Gigabit 2.0 broadband rollout in the “grey areas” of Teltow-Fläming district. The contract period is 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2030. The procurement is not divided into lots, and variant bids are not permitted. The deadline for submitting bids is 14 October 2026 at 12:00. The bidder must prove that it is registered to conduct business or professional activities and provide tax, social insurance and employers’ liability association clearance certificates issued no more than six months ago. Business liability insurance is required with cover of at least EUR 2,000,000 for personal injury and EUR 1,000,000 for property and personal injury. Alternatively, the bidder may undertake to obtain the required cover if awarded the contract, in which case proof of insurance must be provided within four weeks. During contract performance, the bidder must pay at least the minimum wage required by the Brandenburg Procurement Act and provide the corresponding declaration, including for any subcontractors.
