Framework agreement for the procurement and delivery of office swivel chairs

Summary

AOK PLUS is seeking a framework agreement for the supply and ready-to-use assembly of office chairs at its 145 locations in Saxony and Thuringia. The estimated requirement is about 200 chairs, but this is not a guaranteed purchase quantity; up to 300 chairs may be ordered under the agreement. The agreement starts on 1 January 2027 and initially runs until 31 December 2028, with two possible 12-month extensions, ending no later than 31 December 2030. The procurement is not divided into lots. Bidders must offer office chairs that meet all mandatory technical requirements and provide a product data sheet, images and brochure, a black or anthracite colour sample, fabric quality data and a German-language user manual. The offer must also include the required company, turnover, reference, insurance and data-protection information and forms. Qualification requires at least two comparable references from the last three years for supplying and assembling office chairs at multiple locations; no minimum turnover is specified. A warranty of at least five years and spare-parts availability for at least 10 years are required. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 29 October 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 70 evaluation points and quality for 30. The five lowest-priced bidders may be asked to deliver and assemble a sample chair within approximately 10–14 days of being invited. Prices must include delivery, unloading, transport within buildings, assembly and proper packaging disposal.
