Summary

The procurement covers a three-year extension of licences for the NoSpamProxy Suite, Net at Work NoSpamProxy and NoSpamProxy Sandbox; the Sandbox service includes maintenance. The service must be provided as a public cloud service from the start of the contract and accessed through a web browser. The bidder must allow for at least availability class VK2 as an annual average over a 12-month reference period. Recovery must be completed within 4 hours for a severe incident reported during service hours, and within 12 service hours for a significant incident. The provider must not permanently store the customer’s data. For work performed in Germany, applicable minimum-wage requirements must be observed: €12.82 from 1 January 2025 and €13.90 from 1 January 2026, or any relevant higher minimum set by law or a generally binding collective agreement. This obligation also covers agency workers and subcontractors, for whom separate declarations must be obtained before engagement. The bidder must also comply with the cloud service’s security and data-protection requirements.
