Citrix licenses for the University of Cologne

Summary

The tender covers the supply of Citrix licenses to the University of Cologne: conversion of 500 Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud 1Y licenses from perpetual licenses to HMC, and conversion of 100 licenses of the same product from CPC to HMC.
