Occupational Safety Technical Services under the ASiG and DGUV Regulation 2

Summary

The tender covers occupational safety technical advice and support for Fachhochschule Südwestfalen under the ASiG and DGUV Regulation 2. The service primarily covers the Soest and Meschede campuses; as replacement cover, support may also be required at the Hagen, Iserlohn and Lüdenscheid locations. The work includes regular inspections of workplaces and premises, documenting deficiencies and remedial measures, attending four occupational safety committee meetings per year, and advising on risk assessments, work organisation, hazardous substances, fire safety, ergonomics, personal protective equipment and work equipment. The service period is 1 January to 31 December 2027, with an option to extend the contract up to four times for three months each. The estimated workload is 400 hours per year; approximately 50% of the work is to be carried out on site, and travel costs must be included in the unit prices. Invoicing is monthly based on recorded hours. The bidder must have the required occupational safety specialist qualification and experience in higher education and fire safety.
