Supply and partial installation of maintenance materials for riding and forest roads in Niederrhein

Summary

Wald und Holz NRW is procuring materials in three lots for maintaining riding and forest roads in the Niederrhein area. Lot 1 covers delivery and placement of 1,500 tonnes of 0–10 mm riding sand on roads in Bruckhauser and Hiesfelder forests: a loose 10 cm layer, 2 m wide, over approximately 5,000 metres. It also includes fine grading over approximately 13,000 metres to a width of 2.5 m using a grader or wheel loader, as well as maintenance of the remaining roads. Lot 2 is delivery to Leucht and Littard forests of 120 tonnes of 0–22 mm and 40 tonnes of 0–45 mm limestone aggregate, plus 140 tonnes of 0–10 mm sand. Lot 3 is delivery of 330 tonnes of 0–10 mm sand to Hochwald, Tüschenwald and Hees forests. Bidders may bid for one or all lots, and a single bidder may be awarded all three. Delivery and, for Lot 1, installation must be completed by 10 November 2026. Price is the sole award criterion, based on the lowest net price for each lot. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 15 October 2026. The required forms and price sheets must accompany the offer; suitability is evidenced by prequalification documents or a suitability declaration supported by the required evidence.
