DGUV V3 inspection of electrical installations at the Steinbusch wastewater treatment plant

Summary

The tender concerns recurring DGUV V3 inspections of the electrical installations and fixed electrical equipment at the Herzogenrath-Steinbusch wastewater treatment plant. The work includes visual inspection, testing and measurement of switchgear and cabinets, three-phase and single-phase circuits, drives and machinery, as well as testing residual-current devices and protective conductors. Inspections must take place while the plant is operating; any necessary partial shutdowns must be coordinated with the contracting authority’s electrical installation supervisor. Portable equipment inspections and a separate explosion-protection inspection are excluded, although inspectors must have experience working with electrical installations in potentially explosive areas. The work is scheduled from April to 23 December 2027, and price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must provide references for comparable work from the last 3 years, liability insurance of at least EUR 1.5 million, and evidence of the required qualifications, experience and test-equipment calibration. The bid, including a fully completed and readable price schedule, must be submitted electronically through the procurement portal.
