Incubator shaker

Summary

The procurement is for one complete package comprising two stackable incubator shakers, a stacking kit, two trays compatible with the required accessories, at least 16 adhesive mats and a base stand. The equipment must be delivered, assembled and commissioned, with user instruction provided. Delivery is DAP to Robert-Rössle-Straße 10, Berlin, and must be completed no later than calendar week 47 of 2026. On-site service must respond within 24 hours of a fault report; standard service hours are weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00. The units must be suitable for continuous operation under heavy loads, be approximately 125 cm wide or less, and allow stacking up to three units. Requirements include a 2.5 cm orbit, independent cooling of each shaker unit to at least 15°C below room temperature, programmable temperature, speed and timer, and a speed range of at least 20–400 rpm. The trays must hold at least 18 one-litre Erlenmeyer flasks, and the chamber must accommodate five-litre flasks. The equipment must have upward-opening doors, even temperature distribution, programme storage, automatic restart after door opening, visual and audible alarms, and an easily cleaned containment pan. Electrical supply must be 230 V / 50 Hz and stand height 30 cm ± 5 cm. The bid must state the delivery time from contract award. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must confirm compliance with all minimum requirements and accept that its own standard terms, including payment and delivery terms, will not apply. The bid must include the required company and exclusion-ground declaration and the women’s advancement declaration. The submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 09:00.
