Delivery and self-collection of bulk materials

Summary

The City of Spremberg is procuring bulk materials under a framework agreement, both for delivery and for collection by the purchaser from the supplier. Delivery is to Schlosserstraße 2, Spremberg: 300 tonnes of 0/11 mineral aggregate (granite), 300 tonnes of 0/32 mineral aggregate, 50 tonnes each of 0/2 and 0/5 granite crushed sand, and 50 tonnes of premium greywacke chippings. For collection, the bidder must offer a collection point no more than 10 km from the same depot: 300 tonnes of 0/11 mineral aggregate (granite), 300 tonnes of 0/32 mineral aggregate, 50 tonnes of 0/1 play sand, 50 tonnes of 2/4 or 1/6 impact-attenuating sand, 10 tonnes each of 0/2 and 0/5 granite crushed sand, and 50 tonnes of 2/5 chippings. The bid must state the net unit price and total price for each material in euros, with no more than three decimal places. Bids must be in German and submitted by 10:00 on 21 October 2026; electronic submission is permitted. The bidder must demonstrate suitability through prequalification-register details or submit a completed self-declaration on suitability. Work related to delivery must comply with the applicable minimum wage, and the required wage records must be provided.
