Geometric improvement of ALKIS cadastral data in Krieschow and Sergen
Summary
The procurement covers work to improve the geometric quality of ALKIS, the official cadastral information system, in cadastral district Krieschow, sections 5–6, and Sergen, section 1. The work includes measuring control-point coordinates, analysing existing cadastral survey records, and improving the coordinates and attributes of as many boundary points as possible. The aim is to make the cadastral data more reliable, identify inconsistencies and errors, and transfer the corrected data into ALKIS. The contract is divided into two lots; bidders may tender for one or both, but each bidder may be awarded no more than one lot. Price is the sole award criterion. Participation is limited to surveying offices officially authorised in Brandenburg for statutory surveys and holding access to the relevant data exchange portal; both authorisation and access must be evidenced. Bids must be submitted electronically by 6 November 2026.
