Tender detail
Procurement of a SWIR hyperspectral imaging system for materials and corrosion research
Summary
Helmholtz-Zentrum Hereon is procuring one complete SWIR hyperspectral imaging system for research into metals, corrosion products, protective coatings and surface degradation. The system must enable spatially resolved measurements across the visible, near-infrared and short-wave infrared ranges and include an imaging camera/detector, an imaging spectrograph or equivalent spectral separation unit, optics, illumination, a motorized computer-controlled scanner, a sample stage, any necessary computer and interface hardware, software, cables and calibration equipment. The required spectral range is approximately 400–2500 nm or a justified equivalent, with spectral resolution of 10 nm or better. The procurement includes delivery, installation, commissioning, system integration, calibration, acceptance testing, documentation, training for at least 2–4 users, and a warranty of at least 12 months with technical support. The tenderer must provide a detailed technical description demonstrating compliance, an assessment against each requirement and quantitative specifications where available, together with a transparent cost breakdown. Price is the sole award criterion; offers must be submitted electronically in text form by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. The contract is not divided into lots and alternative offers are not permitted.
