Tender detail
Maintenance and repair of water-monitoring sensors
Summary
The tender covers preventive maintenance of 18 WAMO 220 water-monitoring stations and their sensors, as well as repairs when needed, at water bodies in the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte and Vorpommern-Greifswald districts. One preventive maintenance visit is required at each station in autumn 2026, before winter operations begin and no later than 30 November 2026. The work includes inspecting and cleaning the stations and their components, calibrating sensors, checking operation and measurement results, and documenting the work. All work must follow the manufacturer's instructions. Repairs are performed only when needed, following separate coordination, a cost estimate and the contracting authority's written order; repair work is not guaranteed to be commissioned. The contractor must be able to travel independently to each location and reach each station on the water using its own non-motorised rowing boat, and must provide life jackets for its staff. The bid must include a price schedule, service-quality information, a list of materials and cleaning products, evidence of compliance with environmental requirements, and the required bidder and suitability declarations. Key participation requirements include at least three comparable references from the last three financial years, an explanation of how qualified staff cover will be ensured, and the required liability insurance. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 8 October 2026 at 14:00. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation and service quality for 30%.
