ZMT Photosynthesis Measurement System

Summary

The procurement is for a portable photosynthesis measurement system capable of non-destructively measuring gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence in leaves and other organisms. To ensure reproducible measurements, the system must allow control of the measurement chamber conditions. It will primarily be used to measure mangrove trees in tropical field conditions, so it must be easy to transport and suitable for mobile use in a tropical environment. A modular system that can later be expanded for soil and water sample applications and additional sensors is preferred. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 noon on 16 October 2026. The work must be accepted and the final invoice submitted by 30 November 2026. Price accounts for 70% of the award criteria, and delivery and reliability of the delivery schedule account for 30%. The contract is not divided into lots, and alternative bids are not permitted.
