Summary

The procurement covers the partial redevelopment and updating of a housing provision concept for the City of Hildesheim. The work includes assessing current housing-market conditions and the goals of the previous concept, forecasting housing needs through 2040, analysing generational change in the single-family housing sector, and developing recommendations on actions and measures. The contractor must deliver a final report and an approximately 15-page summary, hold the required meetings and presentations, and provide materials in PDF and editable formats.
